CODE OF CONDUCT

Purpose:
The UWL College History Club is dedicated to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and engaging environment for all members.
Member Expectations:
to listen attentively when others are speaking and allow them to express their thoughts without interruption.
to uphold club is committed to providing an environment free from harassment and discrimination.
to make efforts to include everyone in meetings and activities.
to adhere to the rules of the activities and simulations.
to notify the club secretary if you are unable to fulfill a role or attend a meeting.
Enforcement:
If a member engages in unacceptable behavior, the UWL College History Club may take any action we deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion.
This code of conduct is enforced by the officers of the club, who are available at all official events, meetings and by email. The Club officers will take any reports or concerns seriously, and will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. Reports may be requested from those who feel they were negatively impacted by the actions of another, or by people who witnessed inappropriate or unacceptable behavior.
The above policies may be revised at any time by the UWL College History Club and are non-negotiable.
